The Johnstown Y offers a variety of rental spaces for large and small events. From pool parties and wedding receptions to corporate events and conferences, our spacious facility is primed for your party.
Room Requests
Submit a room request form at least 14 days prior to your event.
If a rental is less than a 30 days away, the fee is due in full upon approval of your rental request. If a rental is more than 30 days away, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon approval of your rental request. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to your event. Cancelations received at least 14 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund.
Rates
Rates listed are applicable during the Y’s normal business hours. There is an additional $25 per hour fee for events outside normal business hours. Pool parties cannot be reserved past operating hours.
Setup and Breakdown
Setup and breakdown are 15 minutes prior to and after your event. If additional time is needed, make note of that on your request form. There is an optional $50 fee for setup and $50 for cleanup. Must provide a map for setup. If choosing to do cleanup yourself, room must be left as clean as before the event.
Alcohol
A $50 refundable deposit required to serve alcohol. The host is also required to hire an off-duty Johnstown Police Officer by calling 970-587-5555.
