Join the YMCA of Northern Colorado and the Johnstown-Milliken Rotary Club in celebrating values vital to our communities’ futures. Nominate a student who is making a difference in the lives of others. The Youth Character Award recognizes young leaders
who demonstrate the YMCA’s core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, Responsibility and Inclusion and the Rotary Club’s motto of Service Above Self. Teachers, counselors, coaches, pastors, neighbors, family, and friends are just a few examples of
individuals who are encouraged to submit nominations for this prestigious award. The nominee must meet the following criteria:
Submission Criteria:
Nominees must be in 6th-12th grade and attending middle/high school or homeschooled during the 2022-2023 academic year.
Reside or attend school in the Johnstown or Milliken communities.
Nominations that are well thought out have a better chance of being chosen. Demonstration of the YMCA’s and Rotary’s values defines and exemplifies the nominee’s character for this award. Your submission describing how they demonstrate
these values is essential for us to select the best youth for the 2023 awards!
Only one nominee per application. Group or team applications will not be accepted. Nominations forms must be submitted by Dec 12, 2022.
